Electronic Communications

By using CookieDoughShip or providing your email address during registration or checkout, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:

• Fundraiser setup confirmations and updates
• Order confirmations and delivery status
• Account information and seller invitations
• Customer service responses
• Fundraising tips and best practices (if opted in)

Opting Out

You may opt out of promotional communications by:

• Following the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email
• Adjusting your preferences in your account settings

Note: Even if you opt out of promotional emails, we'll still send you transactional messages related to your fundraiser or orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CookieDoughShip, NeedsYourSupport.org, or their content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Your Account

As a fundraising coordinator or seller, you're responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring participants under 18 have parental supervision
• Providing accurate information during registration

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders at our discretion.

Fundraising Terms

For Coordinators:

• You'll receive 50% of all sales generated through your fundraiser
• Payments are processed according to your chosen schedule
• You're responsible for distributing information to your sellers
• You must comply with all applicable fundraising regulations

For Customers:

• All food sales are final - no returns accepted
• Products ship directly to your specified address
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You must provide accurate delivery information

Product Information

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. However, we don't guarantee that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Product colors may vary slightly from images shown.

All cookie dough products are shipped frozen and must be handled according to included instructions.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

COOKIEDOUGHSHIP PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Some states don't allow certain disclaimers, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indiana state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana, except for intellectual property claims which may be brought in court.

No class action arbitration is permitted under these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
